Mathematics Units Feedback
The Department of Mathematics would like to know what you think about the
mathematics units you have completed this semester.
This helps us to provide a learning environment that will give students the
best chance of doing well in mathematics. Please complete this survey for
each of the mathematics units you were enrolled in this semester, and for the Numeracy Centre if you made use of it.
This survey is completely anonymous, your Student Id is required simply
to verify that you were enrolled in the unit you have selected and that you have not already completed
a survey for this unit. Your Student Id and the class lists are encrypted, so there is no way your
survey response can be matched to your Student Id, and there is no way to find out which students have
responded to the survey.
