Mathematics Units at Macquarie
This is a guide to help you decide which First Year mathematics unit you need. Of course, to get the best advice, you should discuss this with your academic advisor at enrolment.
Different degrees have different requirements and prerequisites. Here is a list of the First Year mathematics units. The prerequisite for a particular unit lists what you need to have completed prior do doing that unit. You should have completed one of these, or the equivalent if you are not from NSW or have not studied for some years. If you have completed anything listed in the last column for a particular unit, then you will not receive any credit points for that unit.
